Placing Order 

An order is considered confirmed once payment is received.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Order cutoff is set at 4 days in advance.

Regulations on the Sale of Alcoholic Beverages
Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.
Drinkson Hong Kong strictly prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to individuals under the age of 18.

Free Delivery
Drinkson Hong Kong will make every effort to deliver orders at the specified time and location as requested by the customer. Please note that no compensation will be provided in the event of delivery delays caused by traffic conditions.

To ensure a smooth delivery, customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the designated location.

If there is no response and no one available to receive the order, we will leave the drinks in front of the door. Please note that Drinkson Hong Kong will not assume responsibility for the delivery in such cases. 

Delivery locations include Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories, with the following exceptions:

Lok Ma Chau, Sha Tau Kok, Sha Tau Kok Road east of Kong Ling Hui roundabout, Man Kam To, Tat Ka Leng, Hok Tau, and Luk Keng Plover Cove, Hoi Ha Wan, Po Toi O, Yung Shue O, and Tai Miu
Outlying Islands (excluding Tung Chung, Ma Wan, and Discovery Bay)

Extra Costs
An additional cost of HK$300 per level will be incurred if there are any stairs leading to the delivery address.
An additional cost of HK$500 will be incurred for each additional delivery address.

Weather
In the event that Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, we will make every effort to reschedule the delivery. Please note that if, due to force majeure or other uncontrollable circumstances, we are unable to provide accurate service, Drinkson Hong Kong will not be held responsible.

Liability
All drinks are sourced from third-party suppliers, and Drinkson Hong Kong does not assume any responsibility for the quality of goods.

Out of Stocks

In the event that any items are out of stock, Drinkson Hong Kong will provide a substitute of similar value. No additional compensation will be provided.

 

Returns and Exchanges
After delivery of the products, the company does not accept any returns or offer refunds.

Privacy Policy
Drinkson Hong Kong is committed to protecting the privacy of all data provided by you. We will not sell, exchange, or disclose your personal data (including your name, address, email address, contact phone number, and transaction records) to any third party.

Other
Drinkson Hong Kong has the right to modify any terms without separate notification.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to our company's terms and conditions.
In the event of any disputes, SPIRIT MANAGEMENT LIMITED (Trading as "DRINKSON HONG KONG") reserves the right to make the final decision.
